Yogyakarta is a peace city with some entertainment places, but all of that, we can get it with cheap cost. I'm a college student with a little budget, so this place is PERFECT! I can buy cloth without empty my wallet, i can go to a bling place without extra budget, i can watch some cool view, get some pictures just with my motorcycle!
I even don't mention Malioboro, an area with a huge of Batik's seller along the road, so many foreign people that you can meet in there. And in that place, at least, once a month, there's a show about every culture in Indonesia. You can see a traditional dance, traditional music, photograph, etc.
